Shanghai Water Reclamation Trade Association(SWaRTA) is
founded on 18th,Feb. 2005, which is a nonprofit, trade
social non government organization.
The association has 341member units, 47 director units，10
vice chairman units.
Secretariat
is a daily work agency.
Planning special commission, construction special commission,
pumping station and sewer special commission, sewerage
and reuse special commission, product special commission,
as well as sludge disposal and use special commission
are the six technical service subsidiaries of the association.
Institution
work commission, knowledge & Information work commission,
Consultancy work commission, Scientific &Technical
work commission, Quality & Safety work commission
as well as civilization trade work commission are the
six supporting service subsidiaries of the association.
The goal of the association is to make progress of local
drainage and wastewater treatment project, promote the
development of drainage and wastewater treatment product
and technique, advance service quality and regulation,
statistic, training, qualification management, criteria
and standard management; the association dedicates itself
to serve member units, protects the legal rights and interests,
promotes the communication between member units, ensures
trade justice competition, links the association member
units, government and society, coordinates with the relationship
of water reclamation trade and other economic organization.
